Hi, we’re Skye and Garrett, adventure-focused travelers, experienced hikers, alpine climbers, and ultralight backpackers who have spent years exploring wild landscapes across North America and around the world. From technical alpine routes and multi-day backpacking trips to international travel in remote regions, every guide on this site is built from real, firsthand experience.
We’re alpine climb leaders, climbing instructors, and assistant AIARE instructors with The Mountaineers in Washington State, and we’ve spent years living on the road in our campervan. Since going full-time in 2023, we’ve traveled extensively through places like Patagonia, the Canadian Rockies, the U.S. Southwest, Europe, and Southeast Asia; hiking, backpacking, and navigating each destination the same way we recommend you do.
